Miguel M. de la O & David E. Marko have been chosen, for the second year in a row, to the Florida Trend's Florida Legal Elite - a distinguished group made up of less than 2 % of Florida's lawyers. All honorees will be listed in the July 2006 issue of the "Florida Trend" magazine.
This is Miguel's third year, and David's second, receiving this prestigious recognition. The selection is made by Florida Bar members submitting a ballot naming lawyers held in the highest regard.

David E. Marko speaks out on Affordable Housing for returning veterans
Twice this week, in the Daily Business Review, David E. Marko, Chairman of the Veterans Homeownership Task Force, spoke out on the issue of affordable housing generally, and for returning veterans specifically. The Homeownership program will assist the Iraq war veterans in purchasing their first homes, which they otherwise may not have qualified for due to job loss and issues of affordability in the growing real estate market.
