D&M files suit on behalf of Blind Voters of Volusia County
De la O & Marko and Brown, Goldstein & Levy, LLP (of Maryland) filed suit yesterday against Volusia County on behalf of the National Federation of the Blind, its Florida Affialiate, and five Volusia County blind voters, for the county's failure to implement accessible voting machines for the blind.
