Miguel M. de la O elected Vice-Chair of Florida Board of Bar Examiners

MMD Portrait (small).jpgMiguel M. de la O has been elected to serve as Vice-Chair of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners for 2005- 2006 and will be the Chair for the 2006-2007 term.  The Florida Board of Bar Examiners is an administrative arm of the Supreme Court of Florida created by the Court to handle all matters related to bar admission, including screening all applicants for character and fitness before admission to the Florida Bar in order to protect the public and safeguard the judicial system.  The 15 members of the Board are selected by the Justices of the Florida Supreme Court to serve five year terms.
