dMML Wins Major En Banc Ruling in the 5th Circuit on Behalf of Disabled Client
On September 15, 2011, the Fifth Ciruit Court of Appeals, in New Orleans, issued an opinion by all members of the Court reversing the trial court's dismissal of Richard Frame, et al's complaint against the City of Arlington Texas for violating Title II of the ADA. The opinion is located here. A recording of the oral argument is available here. DMML Partner Miguel M. de la O wrote the briefs and argued the appeal before the Court.
