Founding Partner, Miguel M. de la O, was elected today a Circuit Court Judge. Miguel will take the bench the first week of January, 2013.

On September 15, 2011, the Fifth Ciruit Court of Appeals, in New Orleans, issued an opinion by all members of the Court reversing the trial court's dismissal of Richard Frame, et al's complaint against the City of Arlington Texas for violating Title II of the ADA. Joel Magolnick obtains $350,000 Defamation Jury Verdict Against Baltimore Paper
Yesterday, following a four day trial, a Baltimore jury returned a verdict in favor of the firm's client, Ioannis Kafouros, against a Baltimore newspaper, City Paper, for defamation.
